Sewing machine introductory class

 Sewing Machine Intro class Registration 

Are you new to sewing? This class is required if you are planning to sign up to any of our workshops or weekly classes offered during the school year. This class is also opened to any kid who would like to learn how to operate a sewing machine and find out if they like to sew. The 90 minutes class is designed specifically for first time sewists age 7+. The kids will learn how to use a sewing machine and other tools. 

They will learn HOW TO…..

·       …..follow Safety rules

·       …..operate a sewing machine

·       …..follow instructions

·       …..Straight stitching, curves, and corners

·       …..Back stitching

 

*COST    $50  Not refundable

Pre-requisite: Sewing Machine Intro Class is  for all new students, first time sewing & past students who have not returned to our Sewing Studio in the last 8 months. 

You need to take this class if you are planning to take our weekly classes or any workshop during the school year 2024-25.

*Dates: this basic class is offered Tuesday  - September 24,  10:00am to 11:30pm or  Wednesday September 25, 4:30pm to 6:00pm .

This is a strictly drop-off type of activity.  Only enrolled students are allowed in the studio during workshop time.

*We are ESA approved vendor and we can schedule private Homeschool Co-op classes.
